Product Design
Led concept sessions leveraging business analysis data and user research insights. Delivered concepts, wireframes, visual design comps, and prototypes with Figma.

Collaboration
Worked in close collaboration with the product manager and researchers to identify opportunities, get clarity, and define a strategy for the new product from 0 to 1. Communicated the product’s vision and articulated design decisions and trade-offs to partners and leadership, both verbally and visually.

User Research & Prototyping
Set research objectives and designed prototypes for usability tests. Incorporated user research and usability testing to iterate on product solutions.

This is an ongoing project, and while the strategy is defined, we are still in the process of allocating resources and planning for the next steps.

While HBO Max has traditionally invested in premium, long form content, HBO Max will be exploring a mobile-first, short form feed experience that increases retention and adds strategic, brand value to HBO Max.
